At Aura Vibes, we take great care in crafting and packaging our products to ensure the best quality for our customers. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, weβre here to help.
1. Returns

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing us at support@aura-vibes.com or calling 7840046570.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In its original packaging

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
2. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
3. Non-returnable / Non-refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Used or partially used candles

Customized, personalized, or sale items

Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.

Once your order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
