Order Processing

At Aura Vibes, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Delivery Timeline

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on factors such as location, courier availability, and unforeseen delays.


Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure your products reach you safely and on time. Tracking details will be shared via email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below this amount or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if applicable.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking ID and a link to track your package in real time.
If you have any issues with tracking or delivery, feel free to contact us.


International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within India. We plan to expand our services internationally in the near future.


Delayed or Lost Orders

In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen logistics or weather-related issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please reach out to us and we’ll investigate the issue with our courier partners.
